This beautiful 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath home features cathedral ceilings, plush furnishings, luxurious linens, A/C, ceiling fans, Direct T.V., DVD player, built-in audio system and hot water throughout.

Large teak framed glass sliders offer fabulous ocean views from the living room and bedroom and a third glass slider opens onto a covered patio and garden area with outdoor shower.

A private outdoor rancho (local style palapa) is located in the backyard garden affording the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the ocean view or enjoying one of Costa Rica's world famous sunsets.

Unwind after a day at the beach on the cozy suede couches while listening to the stereo on the overhead speaker system, watching Direct TV, or watching a beautiful sunset.

The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, 6 burner stove with griddle, extracor fan & convection oven and is fully stocked with everything you'll need to entertain.
